tka10 Terms & Conditions

tka10 (referred to hereafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an online gaming service that provides entertainment casino games, sports betting, and other gaming content for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the Platform and you (the user).

If you create an account on tka10, access the platform, or use any of its services, it will be assumed that you have read these terms in full and have voluntarily accepted them. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

tka10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes wherever possible.

The tka10 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be returned, but any bonuses or winnings will be considered void.

Each person may create only one account. tka10 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts held by the same person at any time. Transferring, selling, or renting an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. tka10 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your tka10 account. Do not share your password with anyone and keep your login details secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your login details.

You may request to close your account at any time. tka10 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms
• On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading
• In the case of operating multiple accounts
• Due to any legal or regulatory requirement

To deposit funds on tka10, we accept Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be made to the same method used for the deposit
• If account verification is not complete, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. All financial transactions must be carried out from the user's own mobile banking account. If a third-party transaction is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

Newly registered users on tka10 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳54,000

Before withdrawing any bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: After receiving a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳12,000 (1,200 × 10) in bets before withdrawing the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not by adding the deposit amount and bonus together.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete
• Certain games may not count toward wagering — contact support for details
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled

If a user creates multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses, or engages in any other fraudulent activity, tka10 reserves the right to immediately close the account and cancel the bonus.

The tka10 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined by the platform.

Cashback is generally calculated on net losses. The cashback amount and distribution schedule are set by tka10, which reserves the right to change them if needed.

VIP cashback and benefits are personal and non-transferable. These benefits may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of another person. tka10 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP tiers or benefits for any reason.

tka10 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. All games offered on the platform are provided by recognized game software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate gaming
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal activity

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server problem, tka10 will review the situation reasonably. However, tka10 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.

tka10 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Users can set personal limits on their deposits, bets, or losses. If signs of a gaming problem appear, seeking help promptly is strongly advised.

• Issues caused by the user's own device or software problems
• System outages from third-party payment providers
• Unexpected technical errors or unavoidable circumstances

Participating in online gaming is voluntary and carries financial risk. You acknowledge that it is possible to lose money by participating in games, and this risk is entirely your own. Only wager money whose loss would not affect your daily life.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any translation or linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered final and binding.
